It uses high-performance cells with Lithium Iron Phosphate Life (LiFePO4) delivering extreme powers. This battery delivers very strong currents to easily start internal combustion engines.<\/p>\n<h3>Direct replacement of the lead-acid battery<\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\">The PowerStart\u00ae PS15000 Lithium 12V starter battery has been designed to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.powertechsystems.eu\/home\/tech-corner\/lead-acid-battery-downsides\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">replace Lead Starter batteries<\/a>. It is used for <a href=\"\/fr\/applications-domains\/high-power-lithium-ion-starter-batteries\/\">competition vehicles<\/a> et <a href=\"\/fr\/applications-domains\/\">applications suivantes<\/a> requiring very high currents. Unlike lead-acid batteries, the voltage of the PowerStart\u00ae battery drops slightly during start-up. The Battery Management Systems (BMS) constantly monitors and balances the cells of the PS15000-600CCA Lithium Starter Battery. This is ideal to protect the battery and preserve its lifespan.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The PowerStart\u00ae PS15000 is protected by a waterproof ABS case. It is designed to be water and dust resistant (IP56 protection class).<\/p>\n<h3>Lithium 600CCA 12V starter battery more environmentally friendly<\/h3>\n<p align=\"justify\">PowerStart\u00ae products are lightweight, high-performance and more environmentally friendly than lead acid batteries. These batteries directly replace older generation batteries which are not very efficient and harmful to the environment.
